Chamber of Commerce Presents Achievement Awards

The Greater Oswego-Fulton Chamber of Commerce marked a dual celebration at its recent Annual Meeting, commemorating 110 years of service to the community while honoring outstanding local contributions. The event, held at the Lake Ontario Event and Conference Center, carried the fitting theme "Rooted in Community."

Executive Director Sara Broadwell highlighted the chamber's enduring role as a force for business success and community connection in Oswego County. The gathering also served as the unveiling of a new organizational logo.

A series of achievement awards formed the centerpiece of the evening. The Oswego County Office of Mobility Management received the Impact & Excellence Award for its positive influence on the county's economy and quality of life. The Alberts Group was honored with the Community Leadership & Legacy Award for its long-term dedication to advancing the region's vitality.

The prestigious Nancy L. Premo Woman of Distinction Award was presented to Maria Hudson of Constellation, recognizing her impactful leadership, community service, and empowerment of others. The event featured keynote remarks from Kevin Schutt, Vice President at Novelis North America, underscoring the connection between local business and broader industry.
