As a result of her efforts, Kimsey transformed her Instagram experience from one of anxiety and comparison to a space filled with inspiration and happiness. Now, instead of dreading the app, she eagerly anticipates opening Instagram, where she can engage in what she calls "joyscrolling." This shift has not only improved her mood but has also fostered a healthier relationship with social media.
